As promised in Episode 9, she discusses a better-known subconscious pattern that drives procrastination: Fear of Failure. It’s simple, “If I don’t do it, I can’t fail.” And, so the mind thinks it’s putting off failure until it realizes that not doing it is worse and it motivates you to scramble at the last minute.
